YOU HAVE HEARD ABOUT ANSUMI.

NOW TELL US WHY YOU WANT TO BE PART OF IT.

You are one of the 12,000+ engineering students who have participated in an Ansumi Space seminar in India.

The seminar was the beginning.

Ansumi Spaceforce - HCD (Human Capital Development) Program is about building the people who will create, manufacture, integrate, operate and commercialise the next generation of space technologies.

We want to know why you want to be part of this journey.

There is no “correct” answer.

Tell us honestly:

  • Why does space interest you?

  • What triggered this interest?

  • Why “Ansumi SPACEFORCE” interests you?

  • What do you want to learn?

  • What can you contribute?

  • What kind of work do you want to do?

  • Where do you see yourself in the next 5–10 years?

  • Why should Ansumi Spaceforce be part of your journey?

Your answers will help us understand the aspirations, capabilities and commitment of the students who want to become part of the Ansumi ecosystem.

THIS IS NOT JUST A FORM TO JOIN A PROGRAM. IT IS YOUR FIRST STATEMENT TO ANSUMI ABOUT THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BECOME.

Recommended Eligibility

Ansumi would make eligibility much broader than aerospace engineering. If the objective is to create a large space-manufacturing and spacecraft-operations workforce, students from almost every engineering discipline can contribute.

Any engineering student who can learn

to build, test, integrate, operate or analyse data and hands-on training can become part of our space workforce

ansumi Space ANWAR SHARIFF space technologies INTERVIEW, australia

In this exclusive interview, Ansumi Space Chairman Anwarulla Shariff shares the real story behind building Australia’s sovereign space future. From the original vision of creating national independence in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance through a dedicated Synthetic Aperture Radar constellation, to the intense hard work, leadership lessons and difficult choices along the way, he offers a candid look at what it takes.

Ansumi is re-engineering space systems to transform them into true decision-making machines, drastically reducing the time from data to insight from hours to minutes and enabling persistent 24/7 visibility. The conversation explores the commitment to product sincerity over short-term profitability, the careful approach to funding and investors, and the unwavering focus on delivering lasting sovereign capability.

to engage at classroom to spacecraft factory mission developing own “space workforce” on the eve of space day.

Anwar Shariff leads the Ansumi Road Campaign across engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh, delivering Space Day seminars that connect classrooms directly to the spacecraft factory. The initiative is building Ansumi’s own skilled space workforce, inspiring students to join the mission of sovereign satellite manufacturing and advanced space systems development in India.

Anwar Shariff is not running glossy TV ads, newspaper campaigns or polished media statements like many other CEOs in India. Instead, he is on the ground — face to face with tens of thousands of engineering students across Andhra Pradesh. Through intensive, live, interactive space seminars lasting two to three hours each, he is directly inspiring the next generation. This is the Ansumi HCD Mission-2026: a determined, hands-on effort to develop two lakh skilled space professionals in the state within two to five years, taking students from the classroom straight into the spacecraft factory and building a true sovereign space workforce.
